Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel brand. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 600+ students who will do $40+ million in sales over the next 12 months.
You’ll be focused on the next $100 million. How do we create unique value propositions? How do we optimize the existing revenue channels and develop additional revenue channels? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?
Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Team work on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers but as entrepreneurs determined to drive the business forward.
This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience in data, product, or related roles. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. With time, the role will develop into a higher-level role, and you’ll be given the opportunity to be a leader in the space.

Description of the Role
Integrate data from various sources into the marketing stack, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and accessibility.
Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including tools like Mixpanel, Iterable, Google Analytics, Jotforms, Sheets, Attentive, Unbounce, etc.
Troubleshoot technical issues with martech tools and ensure their smooth operation.
Provide training and support to marketing teams on martech tools, best practices, and techniques.
Ensure effective implementation of martech solutions to achieve marketing goals.
Regularly monitor data quality metrics and address issues promptly.
Create detailed maps and documentation of data flows, sources, transformations, and destinations within the martech stack.
Develop and implement marketing attribution models to measure the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data, product, or related roles.
Proficient in automation, analytics, and data integration solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Strong time management & prioritization skills
Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $1200 per month
NSA: $40 per month

This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 12:30 pm IST – 9:30 pm IST.
