The Opportunity

Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and PowerBI.
Collect, organize, and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records. – Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and client requirements.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize inventory management.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management and data analytics.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with other MS Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools for data analysis and visualization.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
