you will

As a Data Solutions Analyst within the Data Solutions Team of our Global Data Office, you will be pivotal in managing TalentRadar and development processes. TalentRadar is Randstad Enterprises’ comprehensive business intelligence product. TalentRadar offers a complete view of clients staffing activities and processes. Your role will encompass the development life cycle of the TalentRadar product from building standard data pipelines to standard business intelligence dashboards.

Design repeatable data pipelines with ETLs tools.
Design standard business intelligence dashboards
Train client-specific teams on the utilization of BI products and tools.
Lead documentation of the product implementation processes, procedures, and best practices.
Tier two support of the delivery of BI products across various solution sets.

we expect

Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics and visualization.
Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in ETL tools for constructing robust data pipelines.
Strong experience in data combining and manipulation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
