Role Responsibilities :
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology partners by providing clear business requirements and defining clear acceptance criteria.
- Clearly understand and articulate the requirements that supports the development of products, features, and functionality.
- Identify gaps thorough stakeholder interviews and data analysis
- Collaborate with team members across various locations to ensure solution is consistent across all country products where applicable
- Able to identify and raise risks and issues if project milestones are at risk.

- Ability to make decisions, willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Delivery of high-quality work, in a limited amount of time
- Team player and willingness to share knowledge amongst the team
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Self-starter who can manage timelines, drive/facilitate requirements and communicate with Developers
Technical Expertise
- Minimum bachelor’s in engineering, computing, information technology, or similar quantitative field.
- Data & analysis skills: able to manage data exceptions and analyse trends and out of pattern activities, assimilate, analyse, and evaluate information from disperse data sources to determine a course of action, and record and communicate this decision clearly and concisely.
- Hands-on experience on data tools such as Data Analytics (Dataiku), Data Visualization (MicroStrategy) etc.
- Dremio, RDBMS knowledge, must be good at SQL queries.
- Good understanding of UI/UX development
