About the Opportunity:

You will be joining our Bangalore hub and will be primarily responsible for managing reporting needs for our managed services customers. This position requires an experienced Data Analyst professional, with Digital marketing experience, and has advanced Excel, SQL, BI Tools & Python Skills. The right candidate must have strong US English language capabilities, strong math, be able to build positive relationships with co-workers, be digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused and ROI-focused environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Data Engineering and ETL process using Python and Shell script
  • Managing Reports which are required to be communicated to client on daily, weekly and Monthly Basis
  • You will extract data from multiple data sources such as AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, internal database and other reporting interfaces and compile these data using Excel to produce Error free Client facing reports.
  • Strong Advanced Excel skills for Data cleansing & Manipulation to get the outcome required for Reports.
  • Creating and Maintaining Zoho Analytics Dashboards which involves creating SQL Query Tables, Reports and Charts as part of Dashboard.
  • Creating and Maintaining Looker Studio Dashboards.
  • Able to assist team whenever there is demand for Ad-hoc reports.
  • Look for ways to improve the existing process.
  • Should be open to learning new technologies required for the process.
  • Collaborate with Account manager, Tech ops, Editorial team, and other reporting resources to deliver client success.
  • Be responsible for maintaining work integrity and accuracy.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Excellent understanding of Internet Marketing practices with minimum 2-3 years of experience handling Reports and Dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel skills, SQL, Python & BI Tools is a must.
  • Hands on experience on any of BI Tools such as Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, MicroStrategy.
  • Familiarity with Digital marketing KPIs, Statistical knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good Email etiquette and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items, while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Sharp focus on client service and satisfaction
  • Keen attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines.
