About The Role
The Data Analyst for FSDI team is responsible for providing key professional support to the respective line of business by ensuring the delivery of sourcing the data into Financial Data Hub.
This role requires incumbent to display technical proficiency and functional expertise to manage End to End processes and actively participate in the technical issues and performance improvement initiatives.
Strictly follow the reporting standards and error escalation mechanisms.
To document and maintain processes.
Support ad-hoc requests/queries, new development/design from customers or business in a timely manner
Process Re-engineering and Optimization by proactively Identifying, Recommending & implementing improvements and building efficiencies in regular processes

What will your day look like?
The Data Analyst Associate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of people analytics and reporting that provides strategic insights to guide the future talent and culture strategy. You will apply your strong data analysis, organisational and delivery skills to develop sustainable data solutions and strategies that are commercial, well managed and governed and support business goals. Your consultative and collaborative style will be essential as you partner across the Business to meet needs for data analytics and reporting. You will bring a focus on simplicity and employee experience to everything that you do.
As a Data Analyst Associate, your key accountabilities will include:
Anticipate and Escalate production related issues in team meetings and with key stakeholders.
Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders on activities of the team and processes that the roles are accountable for. Including: Project Work Undertaken, Status of regular deliverables, issues and resolution progress.
Drive process improvements and standardization of tools. Work to automate the manual tasks, implement controls and enhance customer experience.
Maintain confidentiality/privacy where required.
Ensure all transaction requests are within company policy.
What will you bring?

1+ Years for working experience Teradata
Finance systems knowledge like GL, accounting
Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
Experience in Practicing DevOps and Agile Methodologies
Regulatory experience
Experience in SQL server, DataStage, Unix
