The Data Analyst Analytics Trainee Fresher plays a crucial role in the organization, supporting the data analytics team by assisting in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks
• Support the development of analytical models and algorithms
• Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Prepare and present data reports and visualizations
• Assist in identifying and analyzing trends and patterns in complex datasets
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of data pipelines and workflows
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes
• Learn and apply data analysis techniques and tools
• Assist in identifying data quality issues and proposing solutions
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis
• Basic understanding of data visualization techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and conduct data cleaning and preprocessing
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools such as R, Python, or SPSS
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus
