Overview of Role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Salesforce/Financialforce data, while also monitoring system health and performance. You will be a key part of streamlining our operations and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce/Financialforce (now Certinia) through data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Analyze data trends and identify potential issues or areas for improvement to make educated recommendations to management.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and operational performance.
- Monitor system health and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain process consistency.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience working with Salesforce/Financialforce or similar CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret data trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
