Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Power BI Training Assistant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. As a Power BI Training Assistant, you will support our lead trainers in delivering high-quality training sessions, assisting learners, and contributing to the development of training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead trainers in conducting Power BI training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Provide hands-on support to learners during training sessions, ensuring they understand and can apply the concepts being taught.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and practice exercises.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues that learners may encounter during training.
• Monitor and assess learners’ progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power BI to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training programs and methodologies.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of training environments, including software installation and configuration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and visualisation techniques.
• Previous experience in a training or teaching role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Familiarity with other data visualisation tools and technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Power BI or related data analytics tools is an advantage.
