Job Summary:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a US IT Recruiter. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong English skills who is eager to gain experience in the field of IT recruitment. This internship involves working on a night shift schedule, from Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential IT candidates through various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.
• Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather information.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Database Management: Support in managing candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and IT roles.
• Reporting: Assist in generating reports on recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen interest in IT recruitment and a willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Note: Transportation: will not be provided

Stipend: ₹21,000 / month

Working Days: Monday to Friday
